From 7.3 to 7.4 the checkboxes on the find bar where replaced by icon toggle buttons. This is a decrease in usability, because the mnemonic keys are not visible anymore when pressing the Alt key. The mnemonic keys are only visible through the tooltips that are shown when hovering the mouse over the buttons, which kind of defeats the purpose of keyboard operability.

The icons are also (IMO) more difficult to decipher than the corresponding textual labels would be, therefore I see no real benefit of having icons instead of text labels here at all. There's not really a lack of horizontal space on the find bar either. Therefore it seems like a gratuitous change that only decreases usability.
