There seems to be a 3rd party module. I have no information about it and no willingness to investigate the error. Do PHP guys want to do it? If not, probably pass to Jirka Kovalský.

I bet this is a problem of PHPCSMD plugin [1] from Norman Specjt. Norman, can you please take a look at this memory leak? Thanks!
