Bugzilla has to have these abilities...

Why aren't they presented clearly? I ended finding some services.netbeans.org/dashboard/* URL that got me about 50% of what I was looking for...after about a 2 minute load time - are you f'ing serious!?!


How can a project this big have such crap organization. It's a wonder you guys get anything done!

"Search by People" on the main Bugzilla search page has these capabilities. 
Occasionally, Bugzilla experiences slowness, but it's fairly rare. Resolving.

Correct. Using "Search By People" section is not a rocket science and should do exactly what you were for some reason not able to find.
