Code does appear, but in case of add 'do { ....' first line of code is not properly indented to match the previous code.

Code appears for me also, but the code template description is modified by adding the String "Surround with ".

Also the bad indentation is probably due to the reformat action after template expansion.

This work for me as well. I'll fix the test specification to be more clear.
