I often see this (have seen it in at least a month in various dev builds): 

In the editor a file is open that has previously had an error. The error is fixed and the error symbol has been removed from navigator and editor, but remains on the file tab.

It will not be removed until the file is closed and opened, or the file is edited and saved again.

I don't see any exceptions in ide log.
