hello.
Each time i create a new form, the initComponent() method 
gets duplicated. they are not both in a marked block, so i 
can remove it easily, but this is very very annoying.
Don't know why, and i could not find how and why it does 
this since two weeks. It did not do it before.

This seems to be the problem described already in issue 
21870. The workaround is to set "Add Newline Before Brace" 
to false (property of Java Indentation Engine in Options).

Please reopen this issue if it is not the case.
