This is the png file showing the problem .

I am facing the problem with the IDE that , I cant see the groovy/grails option to select when i right click at my project and select 'new'. 
Please help me with this.

What kind of NetBeans bundle have you installed ? It seems to be caused by missing Groovy/Grails support. You can for example download custom/all NetBeans bundle and while installing check Groovy as well.

Alternatively I think you should be able to install Groovy/Grails plugin from Plugin Manager (Menu --> Tools/Plugins)
