After completing an assignment, User Profile shows invalid Assignment information:

That's because it shows cached data which makes it faster and reduces server load as this page is not crucial. Anyway, I disabled the cache for it, it will be slower but always fetch data from server. 

Changes will be live in 30 minutes

Thanks. This page probably not accessed often anyway, so it shouldn't affect server load much, if at all. Verified it works now!
