The template categories either use plural for things that 
it contains (such as "Java Classes") or technology name 
(such as "RMI" or "XML")

Two things that do not match this in NB 3.4 are:
- JSP & Servlet
- JAR Packager

Suggest to rename those to
- JSPs & Servlets
- JAR Archives
