Mac OS X 10.8

Scenario:
- Create Quote sample
- Press Run Project button
- Push Debug|Attach Debugger menu item
- Select quote_1 process and press OK button
- Set any line breakpoint (mouse click in editor)
==> "Program completed, exit code 01" message appears in status bar
