我在一个编码为GBK的项目里新建一个文本文件，为什么IDE会自动将该文件的编码属性设置为UTF8？既然文件没有指定编码那应该使用项目编码，即GBK，而不是系统默认编码。
此类问题已经成为目前最大困扰，不得不在其他一些编辑器中使用，如gedit，希望能尽快解决或给与答复，谢谢！！
（我在Linux系统下使用IDE，有一部分项目使用了GBK编码（历史问题），新的项目则使用了UTF8。）
