Parse tutorials (name, url, feedBackTo) from 

http://wiki.netbeans.org/NetBeansTutorialsForCommunityReview


and in Synergy offer only fixed list of these tutorials for review. Administration should include "refresh" button

How to use it:
 - click on Administration->Tutorials
  => list of current tutorials is displayed
  => press Import to import new data - current list of tutorials will be removed and replaced with these from the URL

When tester creates a new review assignment, he must select from list of offered tutorials. Test run page now nicely shows tutorial name instead of URL and owner (it strips everything after @ in owners email to hide email addresses from bots)

What's left to do is the "mark as finished and notify owner"...

Hm, need to also parse table in "New NetBeans Tutorials for X.Y" for brand new tutorials...
