The zip file contains my netbeans project and a png showing the un-needed breakpoints.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.0 (Build 201403101706)
Java: 1.8.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b70
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0-b132
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
User directory: C:\Users\Ann Maybury\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\8.0
Cache directory: C:\Users\Ann Maybury\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\8.0

When I switch from a big project to the one attached in the zip, the breakpoints from the previous project still show in the breakpoints window.

Reproducible, JS breakpoints are not removed after project is closed. The same works with Java breakpoints just fine
