Description: 

Tested Env. 020521 (RC5 build), win2000 

Attached pciture shows the dialog and the help that came up when clicked on
"Help" button.

Steps to see the bug :
 1. Create a web module
 2. Select WEB-INF directory
 3. Select the pop-up menu item "Add JSP Tag Library->Find in Tag Library
Repository"
 4. The dialog comes up and click on "Help"



Evaluation: 
Should be transferred to docs. Component usersguide (although part of web
component if engineering bug, and usersguide is for core help).
