Could be the generated order of the target attribute be 
name, depends, etc.

currently it is sorted alphabetically and the depends, 
name order could be confusing.

I'm just changing type of the issue to ENHANCEMENT. Or will you 
provide PATCH?

Jesse: is this something what also depends on XML two-way editting or 
is it something what we could implement?

I expect that it does depend on it. Therefore we cannot do much about 
it till the XML module provide the infrastructure. In this case this 
depends on issue 20532 and is most probably duplicate of some existing 
RFE.
