Build fails after four seconds and there is an execution error with the jar after eight seconds.

Reporter and I rechecked the test case: JavaFX - Create Projects::Set Preloader to JavaFX Application II"

We were unable to duplicate the error so I am changing the status to WORKSFORME.

Tested this case using:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201407260001)
Java: 1.8.0_20-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 25.20-b20
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_20-ea-b21
System: Windows 8.1 version 6.2 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
