Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0 (Build 201403101706)
Operating System = Linux version 3.10-3-amd64 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_65
Runtime = OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 24.65-b04

Mistake in localization (Russian).
Properties - Editor - Code Templates.
Options of droplist "Expand templates on" does not require translation. For example Tab is not "Вкладка" (this case). It is "Tab" :)
