When I deploy application to my WildFly 8.1 server with installed WildFly plugin, loading bar on Deploying application in nedbeans still displays that application is being deployed, despite the fact that application is deployed on server. 

If I check SERVER_HOME/standalone/deployments there exists file MyApplication.war.deployed. But netbeans shows that this application is not deployed and that is being deployed. 

When I start deployment in netbeans and I'm checking deployment directory on WildFly it shows MyApplication.war.isDeploying and then deployed. But loading bar in netbeans is never updated.

Which version of the plugin are you using?
I think this is not the case anymore in the version with the latest nightly builds.
