Can you describe the problem more?

What shortcut did you try to assign and to which action?
What was the IDE behavior?

Thanks

I'm trying to assign it to Move Line Up. Shortcut is Option-Command-Open_Bracket. The IDE doesn't react to the open bracket while I'm holding Option-Command. It still shows Option-Command while I'm holding those keys, but when I press down Open_Bracket, it doesn't register. It only registers when I'm not holding down the Option key.
