Here is a small list of stuff to do which arose
from
discussions with cL under the thread
	[nbui] outputwin navigation gifs & issues

- bolden the active hyperlink
- redden already visited hyperlinks
- experiment with not hiliting the whole error but 
  just the hyperlink ooor, using icons in a glyph
  gutter to mark individual errors.
- provide a border box as focus feedback.
- assorted options for these.

reassigne to Tim, new owner of terminal emulator

The core team has not been responsible for terminal emulator for long time, so
reassigne all opened issues to responsible person.

ActiveTerm/ActiveRegion should provide a comprehensive API for this.
The biggest issue, not even mentioned here, was that the pointer
stays in it's "text" vertical-bar mode. A fix where it turns to a hand
is available pending a putback.
