Description lennartvdd 2014-11-11 19:18:27 UTC
It's no longer there as a testing provider. It's settings under Options > PHP > Framework & Tools are gone. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting, updating, looking for plugins (maybe it moved out of the core into a plugin) and googling, without any result.

How to fix this?

completely removing netbeans and installing it again fixed the problem though...
