Description acmwallace 2015-04-01 23:54:37 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 (Build 201411181905)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.10.2 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_51
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.51-b03

Ok. So this is a different problem. Previously (earlier today) I reported that I couldn't get "upload on save" to work. I'm still having that problem. But now... I exited and restarted NetBeans, and the context menu no longer shows the "Upload" option. I am using the Projects view, not the files view, so that's not the problem. There don't seem to be any errors in the log. Gotta say, this is all pretty frustrating.

I don't think that there is an Upload action anywhere available for Java Web projects; don't you talk about PHP projects? If yes, then the Upload action is available on Source Files node but only if Remote Web Site configuration is selected (see Project Properties > Run Configuration).

Simply reopen this issue, thanks.
