Docs for adding condition

According to the docs (http://wiki.netbeans.org/NewAndNoteworthyNB81#Conditional_Breakpoints) I should see attachment 1 [details]. 

Instead I see attachment 2 [details].

Unable to upload attachment2 [details] - which is like attachment 1 [details] except there is no line saying  "Condition"

This is New and Noteworthy for upcoming NetBeans 8.1. This functionality is not in 8.0.2.
