I'm sorry but I don't really understand the problem. We need to know much more details about the setup. Which server version do you use? What does the access denied means (browser message, console, something else)? Is there anything in the server log?

One thing that might be related is Cp1253 encoding used. So in theory this could be duplicate of issue #245534. Please try the latest dev build. If it still does not work, please reopen with more details attached. Otherwise close as duplicate of issue #245534.
