I was fooling around with the FIX feature and got this error:  "Old Method on Stack".  There 
were three buttons: Pop Call, Leave Call, Help.  I pressed HELP and got the default IDE page 
that starts with "This window contains the master set of all installed documentation..."

I suspect that is not the intention.

I recall from my own helpset implementation trials that that page meant I missed a step in 
setting the correct help id.

Gail, could you look at this? It looks like you just need to put NetbeansDebuggerJPDAPopOldFrame in the 
map file and assign it an appropriate topic.
