Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 (Build 201411181905)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.7-b01

Go to Project Properties - > Javascript libraries - click on Update.
This never ends ! 
Nor does it indicate what percentage it is at.
It continually says "Updating Javascript libraries".

This has been changed and fixed in upcoming NetBeans 8.1, you can try it in NetBeans 8.1 Beta from http://download.netbeans.org/netbeans/8.1/beta/
