this is a bug in 8+ dev nightly 201508240002

when opening a .sh file:
Not all requested modules can be enabled: [StandardModule:org.netbeans.modules.cnd.kit jarFile: /opt/netbeans/netbeans-link-autonightly-0/cnd/modules/org-netbeans-modules-cnd-kit.jar]

I've installed Netbeans dev with all languages enabled

The bug is not reproducible on the build:
netbeans-trunk-nightly-201509020320.zip

By the way, IDE log is needed to understand the issue.
