Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23


I'm reporting from the system above, cause I can't report with the nightly build :(
This is current:
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 Beta (Build 201509100002)

see issue #255125
verified with NB 8.1 20150910 on windows 7: still does not work, although I tried with a fresh user and cache dir

- teams menu
- report new task menu

nothing happens when you click the menu using windows 7
There seems to be a difference to Linux
I'm going to check on my Win 8 pc on weekend

since I could not reopen #255125 (no such option) , I created a new isse
