Apparently import from NB 3.3.x is already
supported in NB 3.4, so it would seem natural to
support FFJ 4.0 as well (just CE, not EE).

Comment re. upgrade description label:

"... NetBeans 3.2.x, 3.3.x and Forte For Java 3.0 CE, 4.0 CE:
~userhome/nbuser and ~userhome/ffjuser30 on Unix. ..."

Please check that path for FFJ 4.0, I assume it is really ffjuser40.

- Default userdir for FFJ 4.0 CE is ~userhome/ffjuser40ce
- upgrade from Netbeans 3.4 added
