Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60-ea
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

--Use Case--
1. Configure External Diff
2. Invoke Diff for some modified source

--Actual Result--
IDE opens both - Internal Diff (in a new tab) and External Diff views.

--Expected Result--
IDE does not open Internal Diff when user configured the external one

External diff is not intended as a replacement for our graphical diff view but as its engine - the computation algorithm.
