Description MackSix 2016-01-23 09:01:59 UTC
1. Updated MinGW toolchains in MSYS2 and now every time NetBeans is started, it gives a notification "Tool Collections were Changed" with a link to "Fix Code Assistant".

2. I initiated "Fix Code Assistant".

3. A dialog box pops up that says:

Following tools were changed:
MinGW C++ Compiler
MinGW_32 C Compiler
MinGW C Compiler
MinGW_32 C++ Compiler

4. I click the Fix Code Assistant Button on the dialog box and the projects are reparsed.

5. Everything seems OK, but if I restart NetBeans, I get the notification again.

Workaround: Remove toolchains from Tools>>Options>>C/C++>>Build Tools Tab and add them again.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Java: 1.8.0_66; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b17
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_66-b17
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
