Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201601260002)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_72
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.72-b15

Reproducibility: Happens every time

- open "report new task"
- choose task or enhancement
- entersummary and description
- try to submit

Submit task is not possible until reproducibility is choosen. Although this is perfect for bugs, it seems to make no sense for tasks or enhancements
