There is loots of download failure. Please check your internet connectivity and maven settings.

Please let me know the Navigation and Steps on how and what to check internet connectivity and maven settings.

Navigation Steps and Screenshots would be helpful.

At first, open your browser and enter url: 
http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-release-plugin/2.0/maven-release-plugin-2.0.pom

to check if the central repository is accessible.

If you're using proxy please edit your settings.xml in the .m2 folder. See maven manual for details

I am able to open the URL: 

http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-release-plugin/2.0/maven-release-plugin-2.0.pom from browser.

I have created Restful Services , while Deploying I am getting Below Error:
