Now when I try to edit my form by either
double-clicking it on the filesystems tab or
project tab, it does not open in the GUI Editing
window. There is a quick text output in the
top-right screen that says "Opening Form..." and
then it disappears, however nothing is displayed
on my screen!

I'm going to attach my form file. I'm using 3.4
RC1. Please fix this ASAP since it makes it unusable!

I see nothing wrong with the form file and I can open it.
Can you attach also the java file?
Does the IDE freeze up? If yes, can you make a thread dump?

This also happens now on any form. I tried making a new 
form, it creates the file and all of that, but when I try 
to open it for GUI Editing, it just says "opening form" 
and nothing shows up.

This issue went away when I deleted my corrupted user 
directory. However, this should be remembered.
