Воспроизводимость: Происходит всегда

xdebug

NetBeans запускается дебаг но после остановки и полного запуска не стартует сокет, не принимает соединение от сервера на котором установлен xdebug.

Также проблемы с распознавание ключа
E: The remote debug handler '123' is not supported. :-(
и это касается любого ключа, хотя несколько десятков раз перепроверял, думал это была моя проблема и невнимательность
