When I press the "new project" or "new file", It makes the click animation, sometimes shows the loading icon on my cursor and then does nothing. It doesn't crash, it doesn't stop working, the system works, but It does not seem to acknowledge my input. It doesn't do anything. It will also open .java files created with notepad, but won't run them. I am unsure as to whenever this is a related issue.
