The Tomcat installation control buttons should be available 
defaultly in the J2ee Server Toolbar. The button's images 
can reflect the status of the Tomcat server installation 
(running/not running) and can also enable to 
stop/start/restart the server.

Closing this issue, we do not plan to fix it.
