These warnings are printed in core/openide modules and makes a problem
for building of S1SEE. This is not a right way how to force module
owners to do some redesign. Use issuezilla for a next time, please.

I'm confused from your response.
The attached ide.log is for NetBeans daily dev build 200210090100 and
reports problem with/on
debuggerCore.jar!/org/netbeans/modules/debugger/resources/mf-layer.xml:291.

The mf-layer.xml file is part of module debuggercore, not core.
Switching back to debuggercore.

What's the right way to push debuggercore module owner, when I used
Issuezilla and you ask me to use Issuezilla?

Fixed in the main trunk and in branch QBE200210230100.
