on sparc
 Java; VM; Vendor      = 1.4.1; Java HotSpot(TM)
Client VM 1.4.1-b21; Sun Microsystems Inc.

To reproduce the bug:

1. Open Registration Wizard with
Help->Registration Wizard... in the main menu
2. Select "Register by Fax or mail" radio button
3. Push Enter key 

Cannot use any mnemonics  on 'Fill in Form' step.

I am not sure, but Registration wizard isn't part of NetBeans.

If it's true, please go and report it to bugtraq, and close this one
as invlaid with appropriate bugtraq bug number, thanks in advance.
