I received the following when trying to create an
Oracle 9i database connection from the
Explorer(runtime) databases node.  The database
url string has "jdbc:oracle:oci8" which leads me
to believe that 9i is not yet supported. 

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ocijdbc9 in
java.library.path

Fixed in trunk.
