We need some API how modules could plug their
nodes and settings editors into the Project
Options dialog. Define this API and implement the
Project Options dialog which will use it. Follow
the description in uispec chapter 5.4.

I would make this P2. Everything related to Options is always very
problematic in NB. :-) Sooner we know the problems the better.
