Whenever I reset Default Servers for Web Tier Applications to Sun ONE Application Server 7 (from Tomcat), it is lost after IDE restart. Assigning it directly as a property of WEB-INF in Properties/Execution Tab does not help either. My IDE is S1S 4 u1, EE.
J2eeserver is responsible for restoring of this information. Nor web module neither plugins do it.
server must be available at restart. addressed in future releases
Nam, is this still relevant? I assume the behavior has changed drastically in the new framework.
AFAIK, with 3.6/4.0 the default target server is persisted in userdir and should survive IDE restart. Close as FIXED.
