1. Highlight the 'Internal UDDI Registry' node in
Explorer[Runtime]
2. Bring up the context menu
3. Select 'Start Server' from context menu
4. wait for the 'Progress Monitor' dialog

UDDI registry is not part of NetBeans. AFAIK it belongs to S1S
web-services support.
