Steps to reproduce are:
- push "File/New" menu for some local directory;
- select JSPs & Servlets/Web Module node;
- push the Next button;
- push the Finish button.

Mount Web Module dialog is opened enough slowly at first time (more than for 
2000 ms):
Solaris	5.9 - 2350 ms (Sun-Blade-1000, 750MHz).

Evaluation: 
This dialog is not the result of creating new web module. It is only 
notification that the operation was successfully completed. There is sufficient 
feedback during the operation visible in explorer - filesystems are mounted and 
new node is added to project tab. This happens within limits.
