According to UI spec context root property should
of web module should be specified in run
configuration. This informantion then has to be
passed to plugin to deploy to this path but there
is no cotract yet.

The proposed design is specifying a property name in
netbeans-deployment.xml - this should be the name of the context root
property in the WebAppRoot DConfigBean, j2eeserver can then use
property listeners to keep the 2 UI locations for this in sync.
