there is bunch of links to CVS that says FILE
REMOVED due to separation of something. Probably
should point to the right location.

please assign all developer docs issues to Vita as I'm only doing user
docs.

A few paragraphs further in "Creating the Example Module" there is
also "ide" prefix missing in the examples path. The "apiexample"
target should probably be "apiexamples" instead.
