The generated Javadoc documentation published at
http://www.netbeans.org/download/prj40_prototype/javadoc/index.html
contains some pages with a broken link to
http://www.netbeans.org/download/prj40_prototype/javadoc/projects-core_api/open-apis.css,
thus making it impossible to browse these pages
with Netscape 4.x.

Example URL to a page with a broken link:
http://www.netbeans.org/download/prj40_prototype/javadoc/projects-core_api/org/netbeans/api/projects/doc-files/general.html

Recommendation:
Remove the link to CSS, since it is
contraproductive (it makes letters too small,
ignoring users' preferences).

Fixed, please wait for the javadoc to be regenerated on
http://www.netbeans.org/download/prj40_prototype/javadoc/index.html or
generate javadoc manually on your machine.

current work on projects prototype has been stopped.
