Menu/Help/HelpShortcuts/com-sun-forte4j-j2ee-importear-mainpage.xml
belongs to Sun's importear module that is not part of open source
NetBeans project. Please file a bug in Sun's database that the content
of
importear/src/com/sun/forte4j/j2ee/importear/resources/com-sun-forte4j-j2ee-importear-mainpage.xml
is not valid XML file.
