The file manipulation api/spi and their
implementation do not solve the case when a client
changes the file extension thus the mime type.
Such a change should result at least in
replacement of the project member environment.
Some way to let  lookup providers now about the
change and maybe others are required.

Definitely it needs deeper investigation.

Yes, this isn't solved at all, but we want to support it. Basically
everything should be rebuilt from scratch when PM changes its mime
type. I think there is not a big problem to rebuild the Lookup iteslf,
but the problem will be how other parts of system (e.g. editor) will
handle this change.

This may require some API changes.
