Description mvinar 2003-08-21 10:41:54 UTC
User problem:
The memory consumption of the running IDE is too
high and grows over the time. One of the most
serious effects of that is that once the IDE is
swapped to disk (e.g. when the developer processes
e-mails for half an hour), the subsequent
performance is degraded significantly.

User need:
The IDE needs to be allow for being run
simultaneously with many other applications in the
operating system.

Product requirement:
The IDE should not consume too many operating
system resources and handle well being swapped out
and back into the memory.

Too vague to address.
